Finding the right wedding photographer can be hard as I've seen firsthand through family and friends experiences. I was fortunate to have a close friend recommend Amy, which made the process incredibly easy for me. From our first interaction Amy exuded professionalism and warmth, immediately putting me at ease. Her portfolio speaks volumes and her attention to detail reassured me that I was in good hands. Throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself Amy was attentive, accommodating, and truly captured the essence of our love. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such an amazing photographer without the usual stress.

Amy is the sweetest, kindest person and such a joy to work with. Not only is she incredibly talented behind the camera, but she also genuinely cares about capturing the little moments that matter most. She went above and beyond for us, traveling into the city twice- once for our engagement shoot and again for our bachelorette. Over two years later, people still ask me who my wedding photographer was because they love our photos so much and want to work with her themselves.

Working with her is a dream. My favorite part about it was how comfortable she made us feel, it honestly felt like we were just hanging out with a friend. She was the perfect mix of letting us be candid and in the moment, while also guiding us with poses, tips, and all the right angles. She knows all the tricks and brings such a calming, fun energy. Every shoot with her was filled with laughs, ease, and genuine joy. We truly had so much fun!

When we look back at our pictures we feel so grateful and emotional every time. Amy didn’t just take pictures she captured the feeling of each moment. From our engagement at the Beekman Hotel with a surprise mariachi band, to the fun and chaos of my bachelorette pizza party with wigs and tequila, to our intimate wedding in our living room followed by a trolley ride to a party at the restaurant where we met Amy captured it all perfectly. Looking at the photos brings all those memories flooding back and I truly feel like I get to relive the day again and again.

Amy is more than a photographer, she becomes part of your story. She made everyone feel comfortable, caught candid moments I didn’t even realize were happening, and blended into our celebrations so seamlessly. I feel so lucky to have found her and even luckier to now call her a friend. I can’t recommend her enough!

The biggest concern of ours when looking for a wedding photographer was finding someone who made us feel comfortable, and would not make us feel overwhelmed or was "over the top" on our wedding day. Amy was able to put our mind at ease as she assured us she likes to take pictures more naturally, and would be flexible to go with the flow of where the day took us. I would tell them to definitely book Amy!! We were so happy working with Amy, she was very patient with us and our family. She took just the right amount of photos and was discreet in doing so which we really loved (was not in your face or pulling us away to take photos). And our photos came out AMAZING - we loved every single one of them and they have a unique style that we felt fit us. Finding a wedding photographer who truly values the artistry of photography over heavy editing can be tough, but Amy was exactly that! Beyond her incredible talent, she’s so kind, attentive, and a wonderful listener. When I mentioned in passing that I loved film photography, Amy whipped out her third camera. Amy has such an incredible eye for detail and is able to capture the most intimate moments without it feeling an ounce invasive.
